No Refund Policy

Ramirah provides digital marketing, web development, and professional services on a subscription and project basis. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Our services involve:

  • Immediate access to professional expertise and resources
  • Custom work that begins upon subscription or project initiation
  • Digital deliverables that cannot be “returned”
  • Ongoing operational costs for team members and tools

Once you subscribe to a plan or make a payment, our team immediately allocates resources to deliver your services.

Subscription Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, you have full control over your subscription:

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Access Until Period End: You will retain full access to your subscribed services until the end of your current billing period
  • No Further Charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No Partial Refunds: Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of the month

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to:

  1. Contact Us First: Reach out to discuss your concerns before canceling
  2. Request Plan Adjustment: We may be able to modify your service plan to better meet your needs
  3. Cancel if Needed: If we cannot resolve the issue, you may cancel without penalty for future billing periods

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If we incorrectly charge your account, we will refund the erroneous charge
  • Technical Failure: If we are unable to deliver any services due to a complete technical failure on our end for an extended period
  • Legal Requirements: Where required by applicable consumer protection laws

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge with documentation of the issue.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Termination of your account
  • Legal action to recover costs and fees

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
