Ramirah provides digital marketing, web development, e-commerce optimization, and related professional services on a subscription and project basis. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are specified in individual subscription plans or project agreements.
Subscriptions
Billing and Payment
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed automatically through our secure payment provider
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Access to services continues until the end of the paid period
Subscription Modifications
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time
- Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- Price differences will be reflected in your next invoice
Account Responsibilities
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise our systems
- Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others

Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content, designs, logos, and materials created by Ramirah remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Your Content
You retain all rights to content you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
Client Work Product
For project-based work, ownership of deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Service Level and Guarantees
Best Efforts
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide our services professionally and competently. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.
No Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ramirah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services, tools, or platforms used in conjunction with our services
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Fail to pay amounts due
- Use our services in a manner that harms our business or other users
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
Changes to Terms
