Because our work involves custom services and dedicated resource allocation, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Work begins once an engagement is confirmed and resources are committed. Fees for work performed, and for the current period of any ongoing engagement, are non-refundable.
You may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice set out in your agreement. Access and delivery continue through the period already paid; no partial refunds are provided.
Refunds may be issued only for genuine billing errors, or where we are unable to deliver any agreed services. To raise a billing concern, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
