Ramirah provides digital marketing, design, development and systems/automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in individual project agreements or proposals.
Fees, scope and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable as specified in that agreement.
Content and materials created by Ramirah remain our property until full payment, at which point agreed deliverables transfer to you. You retain rights to content you provide to us.
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
